ICY Tweets is an unique module which can be used to display the latest tweets submitted based on a particular keyword. This can be used to display latest tweets based on the Joomla Article Title, so here the latest tweets based on your joomla's article title will be automatically fetched. You can provide a default keyword which can be used to show latest tweets for that keyword in other pages.
