Changelog version 1.0.0 (Major upgrade from Version 0.3 beta) - milestone version

• + Developed into a component (0.3 was a module) with major changes. Too many to describe here. Just to mention a few - SEF URLs, translated pages indexable by search engines, better cache etc.
