Alias Zopim is a System Plugin that searches your page for "" and adds the http://zopim.com widget code right above it. I hope that this makes the process of adding the widget code very straight forward and error free.
The installation is very easy. Ensure you have the latest Joomla 1.5 installed from http://www.joomla.org(currently 1.5.15). Then install the plugin from the Extensions -> Install/Uninstall menu. After you installed the Plugin, navigate to: "Extensions" -> "Plugin Manager". Click on "System - Alias Zopim", enter the widget id (provided by Zopim in the widget code, located directly after the question mark) and enable the plugin. After that you should see the Zopim chat box on your site.
