Page Dynamics loads either an Image, JavaScript file or CSS file onto the page where it is displayed, based on the main content of the page itself. It can load files into the position based on the article/category/section of the article displayed or it can load files based on the article/menu hierarchy of the page.
The two modes look for files in different ways. In article/category/section mode searches first for the article title, then the category title, then the section title and finally a default value. For article/menu mode, it looks for article title, then successive menu item titles finally ending with a default value.
In both cases, a name modifier (or theme) is allowed. If specified it will search for the modified filename first, then the filename. This is really useful for adding themed changes to the site for say a holiday or a color change.
Another great feature is its ability to work from a set of files. If a directory name matches the search criteria, a file with the directory can be selected randomly, by alphabetical order, or by last modification time. This is useful in changing banners quickly or providing the user with a more dynamic experience.
